Self-Introdution

I loved to dance ever since i was four. Dancing is considered as a form of excercise as it helps to build your muscles and improve your flexibility. To be a good dancer, you not only have to know how to move your body, you also have to have a good posture as well as possessing important life skills such as discipline and responsibility. For example, tying a bun is also a way of showing discipline. Dance can also be a way of expressing your feelings, weather it is sad, happy, nervous, tired and so on. Dancing has not only made me a healthier person, i have also gained more determination and patience.
